By accessing and using the blitzpoll.com website (hereinafter "the Website") and/or the BlitzPoll platform, you accept these Terms of Service. CNTS Ltd develops and operates the BlitzPoll survey, feedback, and NPS platform, along with related analytics and consulting services. The Website provides information about our products, services, and activities. BlitzPoll is currently offered as a free service. Specific terms for using the BlitzPoll platform are governed by separate agreements with our clients.

For consumers residing in the European Union, this jurisdiction clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your member state of domicile in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).
